1.
Robby took me to Liliha Bakery to get pastry today! One of the best bakery in Oahu I must say and it’s located nearby Honolulu Chinatown.
From bottom left corner, closewise: blueberry cream square, apple butter square, green tea roll, Chantilly coco puff and apple malasada.
P.S. and of course he got me a teddy bear cookie :)

  3. I used to bake a lot more when I had more time before graduate school happened. But when I barely have any time to cook now, microwave is my saviour. Created my own chocolate nutella mugcake receipe today. The recipe is super simple, got it done in 5 minutes!

    Ingredients:

    4 tbsp all purpose flour

    3 tbsp milk

    1/4 tsb baking powder

    2 tbsp brown sugar

    1 tbsp nutella

    1 tbsp chocolate syrup

    1 egg

5-10 pieces of mini-marshmallows (if you decide to add more, you may want to reduce the amount of brown sugar or chocolate syrup)

    Instructions:

Mix all ingredients together until smooth. Cook in the microwave for 2 minutes or until the cake rises up. Add cocoa powder for garnish.

  4. Experimental moment: I added sweet #vanilla bean paste on my #tofu to turn it into a healthy #dessert!
